Rules and Regulations

Elite is not staffed at all times.
Members must follow all rules and use common sense while inside our facility and on our property.
We have a commercial grade video surveillance system that is monitored 24/7.

1 – Elite reserves the rights to sell memberships at different rates and terms other than your current membership.

2 – Our staffing hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am till 8:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am till 2:00 pm, and on Sunday there is no staff on-site. These hours may change according to the season and may be different on select holidays.

3 – All members must CHECK-IN the facility on each visit by scanning his or her key card. If you come as a pair or group, each member must scan their card.

4 – During staffed hours only a member can bring a guest for $5.00 per visit. The guest must sign a waiver and guest registration form before entering the facility.

5 – Members are not allowed to permit any other person to enter the facility. An Elite staff member must be present for guests to be allowed to enter the facility. Visitors are NOT permitted in the building after staff hours or if an Elite staff member is not present. Allowing a visitor to enter the facility will result in immediate termination of membership.

6 – Elite does not offer childcare. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the gym floor at any time.

7 – All members and guests must be clothed appropriately at all times. Blue jeans are not permitted. Athletic closed-toed shoes must be worn to work out in the gym area. Make sure shoes are clean and debris free prior to walking into the facility. No sunglasses are to be worn in our facility.

8 – Members are responsible for their personal possessions and keeping lockers locked while using the facility. Lockers are not permitted for overnight use.

9 – There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen key cards.

10 – A default on your membership occurs when payment due is more than ten days late. This default will incur an additional $10.00 late fee. A $25.00 late fee will incur for any default payments that are returned insufficient.

11 – Downgrading your Elite Package: A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all downgrades. 1 Year commitments cannot downgrade in year 1 of their commitment.

12 – Free weights, including plates, dumbbells, and barbells, must remain on the rubberized surface at all times. For the safety of our members and staff, please re-check all dumbbells and weight plates in their designated area.

13 – Fitness Memberships do not include the batting cages in the Sports Academy. No one is allowed in the cages that is not on the Elite Package Membership unless an Elite staff member grants permission.

14 – The Batting Cages are closed from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am.

15 – Please clean all equipment after use. There are gym wipes available for you located by the cardio area.

16 – All information we have on file must be regularly updated. This includes billing information, e-mail address, physical address and phone numbers.

17 – Tanning restrictions and regulations are set forth by the state and local laws and should be abided by all members.

18 – I understand that the Basic and Elite Packages include different amenities, and I will only use the areas set forth by my package.

19 – At any time the buyer fails to comply with the rules or policies set forth by this agreement, Elite reserves the right to cancel your membership and privileges any and all.

20 – Elite Staff are the only ones allowed behind the front desk at any time.

If at any time a member witnesses another person violating the rules, please do not hesitate to let an Elite staff member know.
