We offer two membership options with two levels of commitment.  Most members choose our Elite Membership Package as it offers full access to our entire facility with no limitations.  Our Basic Membership Package offers a more economical solution for entry level fitness members who want access to our main fitness floor.  Both the Elite Membership Package and Basic Membership Package include access to the Main Fitness Floor.  Our Main Fitness Floor gives you access to our cardio equipment, machine weights, and free weights.

Commonly Asked Questions & Tips

I’m just beginning…
Start with Reasonable Goals: Don’t set out to start a rigorous regimen right from the beginning. Instead, start exercising at a moderate pace and increase as soon as you stop feeling challenged. Try 30 minutes, three times a week and see how you feel.

Where do I begin?
Are you a beginner? The first six weeks of your training program are critical even though you may not see significant results. Just remember that the first six weeks lay the foundation. The quality of your workout is most important! Challenge yourself every time you come in. Sweating is okay. If you aren’t breaking a sweat, then work harder.

How often should I work out?
If you are working out once a week, then you’re not going to achieve the results you’re probably looking for. No matter what your goal is, you must be working out at least every other day, meaning that you’re working out at least 3-4 times per week. No matter what advertisements may tell you, it’s simply consistency that produces results.

What about my diet?
Diet is a big factor no matter what results you’re seeking. If your goal is to lose weight, then you need to eat fewer calories than you’re burning. If you’re looking to build mass, then you need to do the exact opposite, carefully. Ask an Elite team member for friendly, helpful advice.

There are so many diet plans; which one is best for me?
If you want to lose weight, you must learn to eat healthy. Don’t fall into a diet that you would fall out of quickly. Sometimes, just reading your food labels and checking the nutritional facts to ensure you’re eating healthy is a great start. Ultimately, don’t create obstacles to achieving the results you’re seeking. Keep it simple in the beginning.

How do I alleviate hunger pains after working out?
Exercise can boost metabolism for a few hours, but burning more calories can increase your appetite. To avoid the munchies after exercising (and eating back the calories you just burned), try to schedule workouts so that you have a meal within an hour afterward.

Stay Accountable!
Keep track of when and for how long you’re exercising. Make notes in your calendar, or keep an exercise journal. Writing down your day-by-day results will keep you accountable and show you how hard you’re working. There are a plethora of apps available on smart devices that can help you keep up with it all. Keep a process-driven attitude rather than a results-driven attitude. If you stick with the process, the results will come. If you focus too much on immediate results, you’ll give up on the process.
